I have always been an artist. I like art that has a soul of some kind, and is a pleasure to behold, even if the subject isn’t pleasant or satisfying. I am more interested in artists whose work changes over time, not relying on standard formulas. I believe it is not necessary to understand the reason behind every thing you do with art. My work varies quite a bit in size. It is mostly expressionist or representative. I use pastels, watercolors, acrylic and oils, some sculpting, mixed media, charcoal and ink work. Subjects vary: portraits, landscapes, birds, fish, moons and installini (very small installations) that can fit on a window seal, a table, or the floor. Details of my work are on different pages, and a few pieces are displayed. More can be seen by appointment.
