My focus on this site is primarily for optimizing health through improved digestion, nutritional therapy, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, toning exercises, meditation and massage.

If you have serious chronic health problems, supporting a return to health with nutrition involves working with all your systems, as they are all metabolically intertwined;  The gut, the brain, the immune system, adrenals, diet, and even life style, need to be addressed simultaneously or it is like trying to drive a car with a flat. I also support clients needs for staying on task if they need a coach. Customized health protocols are fun to put together, and it is fulfilling for me to share practical, easy to do information. I really believe in what I do, and embrace discipline in a positive way, for the sake of vitality, joy and peace.
